The BMX Club of La Chapelle St Mesmin has the pleasure to invite you to attend :

THE 20’ ELITE & JUNIOR EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP MEN & WOMEN

THE 20’’ & 24’’BMX EUROCUP (All classes)

LOCATION OF THE BMX TRACK :
The track is located along the Loire River, rue de Vaussoudun, West of the city of La Chapelle Saint Mesmin. There will be signs from the Main Street in La Chapelle Saint Mesmin to direct you to the track. GPS position: 1°49’ 32’’ East and 47°52’ 35’’ North.

REGISTRATION CONTROL :
It will be the responsability of the various chefs d’equipes to check the registrations of their riders and then settle the entry fees to the organisers.

Friday April 21st : from 16 h 00 to 22 h 00
Saturday April 22nd : from 8 h 00 to 12 h 00

CAMPING :
A camping area is provided near to the track. The price of a camping spot is 20 € (for a tent, a camp-trailer or a motorhome). The registrations are to be sent prior to april 5th on the enclosed form. Payment of the camping in cash at arrival. If you wish to be on the same spot as other people please send your camping reservation together in the same envelope to following address :

This time schedule is meant as an indication and is subject to changes according to the number of riders and any other events. Decision to be taken by the race director and / or the organisers.

Groupe A: Cruiser 13/14, cruiser 15/16

Groupe B: Cruiser Junior, cruiser Elite, cruiser 19/29, Cruiser 30/39, Cruiser 40+

Groupe C: Boys 9/10, Girls 9/10 & 11/12

Groupe D: Boys 11/12 – Girls all classes of EUROCUP

Groupe E: Boys 13/14 – 15/16

Groupe F: Boys 17/24 –25/29 – 30+

Groupe G: Elite Men, Elite Women, Junior Men, Junior women

CAMPING RESERVATION

Two camping areas are provided for the riders :

· The RED camping, at 1100 m from the track, 100 spots, open from Friday 21st April 10h 00 to Monday 24th April at 14 h 00.

· The GREEN camping, at 800 m from the track, 200 spots, open from Friday 21st April 18 h 00 to Sunday 23rd April 22 h 00

The camping spots are not equipped with electricity but toilets and showers are available (all sanitary facilities will be closed from 23 H 00 until 6 H 00).

Campers will be welcome during all the night from Friday to Saturday.

Camping reservations are to be sent to the organiser prior to April 5th 2006.
