Riders must carry an international license issued by their National Federation. (US riders shall carry a NBL license)(Age determination according to Section X, paragraph A.1. and B.1. of the 2005 UCI BMX Rule Book). For the 1st round of the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup (Aigle, Switzerland), the Time Trials Qualification is open to all eligible riders (as mentioned above). For the 2nd round of the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup (San José, CA USA), the Time Trials Qualification are only open for Elite Men/Junior Men that have that have scored UCI ranking points (minimum 1 point) during the 2004/2005 ranking season, as well as riders that have qualified (to quarter-finals) in previous editions of the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup.
